The Pilchard Pool Placemat - Slight Second

All our placemats are handmade and, as such, incur a great many minor imperfections in the process.  These might include tiny marks or mottling. And in some cases some dust under the laminate. Our imperfect placemats are as popular as the perfect versions available here.  None of the slight faults prevents them from being successfully used as placemats - and if your eyesight is as bad as ours you may not even see the fault.

All round coastal calm for every mealtime. Our latest creation, Pilchard Pool Placemats have shoals of hand-drawn pilchards swimming around the circular mat reminding you of happy times on the coast. Round placemats give a slightly less formal feel, making these perfect ways to protect surfaces all around your home as well as your meal table.

Hand-made exclusively for us in Exeter using a 4.8mm hardboard with domed and lacquered edges, these melamine placemats are scratch-resistant, backed in non-slip cork with a smooth and calming matt finish. They are made to last.

These seconds have a very slight colour defect that doesn't affect their use in any way.
