We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment. If there is a problem with availability of a product you have ordered, we will contact you immediately.
We offer a range of different delivery options:
Free Delivery is available on orders over £50.00 to the UK mainland and will be sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Our Standard Delivery service to the UK mainland is sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail within 2-3 working days of the date of the order. P&P is calculated at the checkout according to weight and starts at £3.95.
We can ship your goods by First Class Royal Mail. The cost for this service is £5.95.
Our Next Day Delivery service is available to the UK mainland via DPD with a minimum charge of £7.95. All orders for this service must be received before 12pm, Monday - Thursday. Any order taken on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on the Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a Bank Holiday). Actual P&P is calculated at the checkout according to weight. An option for a delivery before 12pm is also available, the price is calculated at the checkout.
Please kindly note that next working day delivery is currently a NON-GUARANTEED service and we cannot be liable for an order that is delayed by circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can only be done on a 2 day DPD service. Details at checkout.
International Delivery Charges:
Western Europe: From £5.95 3-5 days from despatch
Rest of World: From £11.95 5-14 days from despatch
All next day and international parcels will require a signature on receipt.
Your SeaKisses products should arrive in perfect condition but, if this is not the case please let us know within 7 days and we will send you a replacement.
If you wish to return your product, please make sure that you send it back to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. We aim to process your refund within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
