We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of payment. If a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Our system is automated, meaning the details you enter are printed directly onto the address label without manual verification. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned, and a redelivery fee will apply. To avoid delays and extra charges, please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

We offer a range of different delivery options:

Free Delivery is available on orders over £75.00 to the UK mainland and will be sent via a 2nd Class Tracked Royal Mail Service.

Our Standard Delivery service to the UK mainland is sent 2nd Class Tracked with Royal Mail within 2-3 working days of the order date. P&P is calculated at the checkout according to weight and starts at £4.50.

We can ship your goods by First Class Tracked Royal Mail. The cost for this service is £5.95.

Next Day Delivery Information

Our Next Day Delivery service is available across the UK mainland via Parcelforce, starting at £7.95. To qualify, orders must be placed by 12 PM, Monday–Thursday.

Orders placed on Fridays before 12 PM will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Service. If Saturday delivery is required, an additional charge applies. Otherwise, the order will be sent via Parcelforce for Monday delivery (or Tuesday if there’s a Bank Holiday).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight. A pre-12 PM delivery option is also available, with pricing shown at checkout.

Please note that next working day delivery is currently a NON-GUARANTEED service, and we cannot be liable for an order that is delayed by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can only be made using a 2-day Royal Mail service. Details are at checkout.

International Delivery Charges:

Western Europe:  From £5.95    3-5 days from despatch
Rest of World:     From  £11.95   5-14 days from despatch 

Please be aware that the cost of shipping internationally has risen significantly in the last few months. We shop around to get the best prices for you. All next-day and international parcels require a signature on receipt.


Returns Policy

Your SeaKisses products should arrive in perfect condition, but if this is not the case, please let us know within 14 days, and we will send you a replacement.

We cannot accept exchanges, so we cannot swap one product for another. If you decide you would like an alternative product, please return the original for a refund and place a separate order for the alternative.

If you wish to return your product, please make sure that you send it back to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. We aim to process your refund within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods.  Items returned in perfect re-saleable condition outside of the 30 days will receive store credit for the value of the order.

If you need to return an item, simply post it to us with a note explaining why you are returning it. As soon as we receive the item, we will arrange a refund.

We will pay return shipping costs if the return results from our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most of the time you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Incorrect Address

It is critical that you correctly input the shipping address when you place your order. If you enter this incorrectly and your order us returned we will have to charge you for a redelivery, so please check all details before you place your order.
