Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoters

The competition is organised by SeaKisses Limited (C/O St Denys House, 22 East Hill, Saint Austell PL25 4TR), Polurrian on the Lizard (Polurrian Road, Mullion, Helston, Cornwall TR12 7EN), and Circular and Co (Unit 6, Cligga Head Industrial Estate, St. Georges Hill, Perranporth, Cornwall TR6 0EB) ("the Promoters").

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • 2.2 Employees of the Promoters, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • 2.3 The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3. Competition Entry

  • 3.1 The competition will run from [start date] to [end date] ("the Competition Period").
  • 3.2 To enter, participants must follow all three Promoters on Instagram and complete any additional entry requirements as specified in the competition post.
  • 3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

  • 4.1 The prizes include:
    • An overnight stay for two at Polurrian on the Lizard, including dinner and breakfast.
    • A £150 SeaKisses Beach Kit.
    • £150 worth of recycled, reusable travel cups and bottles from Circular & Co.
  • 4.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  • 4.3 The prize is valid for one year from the date of issue, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
  • 4.4 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • 5.1 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • 5.2 The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within [number] days of the competition closing.
  • 5.3 If a winner does not respond within [number] days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

  • 6.1 By entering the competition, participants agree that their name and Instagram handle may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoters.

7. General Terms

  • 7.1 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.
  • 7.2 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary.
  • 7.3 The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
  • 7.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • 7.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
