Delivery
We take great care to package all Fine Bone China so it arrives undamaged. Please assume our parcels won't fit though a letter box and that arrangements are made for a secure and dry area for parcels to be left.
Orders are dispatched within three working days. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you.

Free Delivery: Orders over £75 (UK mainland, 2nd Class Tracked).
Standard Delivery: 2nd Class Tracked (2–3 working days), from £4.50.
First Class Tracked: £5.95.
Next Day Delivery: From £7.95 (order by 12 PM, Mon–Thu).
Friday Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce for Monday delivery.
